Closet Space and Fashion Design Programs in Chicago
Students who are attending fashion design programs in Chicago often share a common problem; they don’t have enough closet space to fit all of their clothes. Although this may be true for people attending other types of programs in Chicago and it may also be true for people attending school elsewhere, it’s a problem that really plagues fashion students in the city.
Some of the reasons that this problem is so persistent include:
- Fashion students want a lot of clothes. The average girl at Brown Career College is going to have less clothes than someone at a fashion school.
- There are tons of great clothing stores in Chicago. It’s hard to resist those deals.
- Fashion students make their own clothing. With all of that fabric that you’ve got lying around for class projects, you’re going to end up filling up your closets faster than anticipated.
- Chicago apartments are small. Students in degree programs at Gibbs Melville may also have a lot of clothes but they have more closet space than their Chicago counterparts.
The main thing that fashion students need to realize is that they have to alter their apartments to accommodate the clothing that they’re going to collect while in school. Make closet organizers and spare corners your best friends!
